By accessing www.cvwriting.co.nz, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our website.

Agreement: Using our site means you accept these terms, our privacy policy, and any other guidelines we post.

Changes: We may update these terms anytime without prior notice. Your continued use means you accept any modifications.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter contracts to use our services.

CVWriting.co.nz and its partners are not responsible for any losses or damages related to your use of our website. This includes but is not limited to financial losses, data issues, or missed job opportunities. Any liability that cannot be legally excluded remains unaffected.

All orders must be paid in full before we begin work. Your payment will be processed when we accept your order. Transactions must be authorised by your card provider. We are not responsible for delays due to payment issues. If an error occurs in billing, we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

We aim to resolve all complaints within two working days. Complaints must be submitted in writing, as our phone support team cannot handle these matters. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, an independent arbitrator may be involved. We value your feedback and will do our best to resolve any concerns.

We provide documents in PDF and Microsoft Word formats. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device, but we will assist you in resolving any problems. If you need a different format, let us know, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Our completion times are estimates. A writer will be assigned within two business days of order confirmation. The standard timeframe is three business days from your consultation. If you are unavailable for calls, your draft may be delayed. Revision requests are handled within one business day. To ensure timely completion, we recommend ordering at least ten working days before your deadline.

We will work with you until you are fully satisfied. Please mark your project as complete when finished. If we do not receive feedback within 14 days, the project will be considered complete. Inactive projects will not be reopened after 30 days.

Our LinkedIn writing service provides a completed profile in document form. To protect your privacy, we do not log in or edit your profile directly. We aim to complete LinkedIn profile drafts within three business days after your CV is finalised.

As our service is custom, no trial periods are offered. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• If cancelled before a writer is assigned, a refund will be issued minus a 10% processing fee.
• If cancelled during drafting, you will be charged $70 per hour for work completed.
• No refunds are given after the first draft is delivered unless we have breached our terms.
• Refunds are not issued after 60 days, but credit vouchers may be available.

Our writers follow professional standards to improve your job prospects. If you choose to make changes against our advice, we do not guarantee interview success and cannot offer refunds.

Our packages include up to three pages. This is the standard length for most careers. Longer documents are considered academic CVs and may incur extra charges.

All materials on our site, including text, designs, and software, belong to CVWriting.co.nz or its licensors. You may use this content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying or redistributing our materials without permission is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
